Can anyone remember which comedy programme included the joke,
'Roald Dahl admits: my father couldn't spell Ronald'?
Might have been Not the Nine o'clock News. To my great joy, I have just seen offered on eBay Charlie and the Choclate Factory by 'Ronald Dahl'.
